Since taking over the business in 1966, I’ve known that the core of our work is to build personal relationships with our customers so that we can better understand and equip their business.
Providing fast service so shops can get back to work, perfecting applications on the factory floor and ultimately helping customers to be able to take on more work is what insures the success of our business as well.
After nearly 50 years in the industry I’ve has seen many changes. In fact, change is the one thing you can rely on in this business. Even though change can brings with it times of hardships and buckling down, I can honestly say that I’ve never seen a reason not to be optimistic about the future of manufacturing in Canada.
My confidence in the industry is rooted in our customers, the people whose factories and job shops we’re at everyday. They are the hardest working, most entrepreneurial and resourceful people you’ll find anywhere.
